The ZENxd Team

At the strategic level, ZEN brings the collective expertise of Bill Daggett and
Brian Tharp, decade-long user experience design and development experts. Over the years, they have produced successful user experience solutions for dozens of companies, including Yahoo, SideStep, Powerset, Openwave, Egnyte, Polycom, Kosmix, Phonezoo and many more.

Since working in the industry for more than a decade—and together for many years—Bill and Brian have developed an effective synergy in how they approach user-centered design, utilizing their extensive experience when solving interaction and design challenges and meeting client objectives.

Bill and Brian are passionate user advocates with deep knowledge of the entire product development process, as well as experts in cross-functional communication and relationship building, which is critical when navigating fast-paced, priority-shifting work environments. Both principals bring a deep education in user-centered design and development, from both Southern Oregon University and Arizona State University, couple that with over 10 years of experience with design management and you've got a very powerful force.
